RETURNS & ORDER PROBLEMS
All order problems must be reported (missing orders, missing items, wrong items, etc.)to the company within 60 days of the date of sale, or no credits will be given by the company.
Undamaged items returned to us in 60 days from the date of sale in good condition can be returned, minus all shipping costs. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you need to return something, mail it back to us using the PO box on the website. You must properly back the item using proper cushioning material, and you must also use insurance and delviery confirmation. We do not accept returns via Fedex or UPS.
SHIPPING, HANDLING & TAX
We ship anywhere in the U.S. with Fedex Ground, Fedex 2nd Day Air, or Fedex Next Day Air services. We do NOT ship to Canada or other countries.

1. Standard Shipping Information- (3-5 days, not guaranteed)
Order size= $0.00-$99.99, cost =$8.95 (ONLINE orders only...) For orders over $100.00, it is $9.95. Standard shipping is NOT guaranteed. We can't refund shipping for late STANDARD deliveries. If you need the package delivered within a specific timeframe, choose a Fedex AIR option. Fedex does NOT deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
2. AIR OPTIONS
A. Fedex 2-Day Air $15.95 per order ($2.00 more if a delivery signature is required) Delivers 2nd WEEKDAY AFTER day shipped (no Sat-Sun). E.g., if it ships Thursday, will arrive by end of day Monday.
B. Fedex Next Day Air $25.95 per order ($2.00 more for a delivery signature) Delivers NEXT WEEKDAY AFTER day shipped (no Sat-Sun). E.g., if it ships Thursday, will arrive by end of day Friday. Please choose your shipping method accordingly.
Fedex AIR REFUNDS
Fedex does not refund late air deliveries in the following conditions: WEATHER delays, or if Fedex needs a SIGNATURE & no one is present to sign for it.
Attention NYS customers shipping to NYS: If you are a New York State resident, you will briefly see two entries on your credit card account. The first is an authorization only (NOT a charge) for the amount of the order only, with no sales tax. The second is the actual charge once sales tax has been calculated for your area. It does NOT mean you have been charged twice. The first is an authorization only and disappears within approx. 48 hrs from your account.
